Money mindfulness is bringing our awareness back into our financial lives. There has been a lot of work done to strip financial awareness away from us (how much did you spend the last time to went to a restaurant?). Living intentionally requires us to be aware of money's role in our lives.

I've been working in the financial space for just under 20 years and have extensive training in economics, psychology, investing, and financial planning.
